Bracu Estate’s Sporting Layout, New Zealand’s premier sporting shooting venue, is proud to host the inaugural Caesar Guerini Sporting Open 2025—a thrilling day of competition, camaraderie, and exceptional prizes.
Event Details
Location: Please note the entry location – 17 Farr Road, NOT Bracu Estate Main Entrance.
Time: 10:00 AM - 1:45 PM | Prizegiving: 4:30 PM
What’s Included?
Entry Fee:
Shooter Entry: $199 per person (one entry per shooter)
Guest/Spectator Entry: $35 per person
Refreshments & Dining:
Nespresso Coffee
Light lunch included
Spit roast meal after the round
Bar Available: Beer and wine can be purchased post-shooting

Gun Cleaning Station available post-shoot

Squadding Requests
Maximum of 6 per group (Firearms Licence number required per participant).

Squads will be finalised ahead of the event and start times will be provided for each group (between 10:00AM - 1:45PM; we ask that you please arrive arrive 30-40 minutes early.)
PRIZE INFORMATION
Total prize pool valued at over $12,000 NZD
Top Prize: Gold-engraved Caesar Guerini Gladius Semi-Automatic Shotgun (valued at over $6,000) – Awarded for shooting 100% targets using a Caesar Guerini shotgun.
Caesar Guerini Shooter Awards:
1st Place (Caesar Guerini shotgun users): $2,000 voucher
2nd Place: $1,000 voucher
3rd Place: $500 voucher
Spot Prizes (Over $3,000 value!) – Open to all shooters, regardless of shotgun brand.
Vouchers redeemable for Caesar Guerini products, B&P Shotgun ammunition, and Adventure Playground Rotorua activities, including High Pheasant Field coaching classes.
Competition Format
Sporting range setup – 1 shooter per squad at a time
Approximately 70 targets per person
Course length: 800m (Golf cart available)
Parking: 5 minute walk from Stand 1
